QVLN & OVEOUS represent a melding of cultural and musical influences by two incredible artists: Quetzal Guerrero (QVLN), who picked up the violin at age four and hasn’t put it down since, and OVEOUS, a lyricist whose words have touched millions of people worldwide. The pair, along with a full backing band, performs a mashup of Latin, Soul and Hip Hop that appeals to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Along with their diverse setlist, the pair also offers educational programs that teach audiences the fundamentals of poetry and songwriting. They also focus on the diverse roots of American music.
QVLN has released eight studio albums and collaborated with artists like Tito Puente, Lalo Guerrero, Keb’ Mo, Macy Gray and Jorge Santana. OVEOUS is now approaching his 10th year as a world-renowned recording artist and poet, and has appeared on HBO, The Apollo Theater and The Arsenio Hall Show.
